(This project includes development of a PC based 6 Axis Articulated Robotic Arm with a payload capacity of 2 Kg and 600 mm reach capacity)

The Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders from the MIRDC BAC Secretariat, Ground Floor, Laboratories Bldg., during office hours starting September 6, 2012 upon payment of nonrefundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of One Thousand Pesos (Php 1,000.00).
The MIRDC-BAC will hold Pre-Bid Conference on September 14, 2012 at 9:00 A.M. at the MIRDC Conference Room, 2nd Floor, MIRDC Laboratories Building, MIRDC Compound, Gen. Santos Ave., Bicutan, Taguig City which shall be limited only to all interested parties who have purchased the Bidding Documents.
Bid opening shall be on September 21, 2012, 9:00 A.M. at the MIRDC Conference Room, 2nd Floor, MIRDC Laboratories Building, MIRDC Compound, Gen. Santos Ave., Bicutan, Taguig City. In case of failed bidding due to insufficient participating/responsive bidders, a re-bidding shall automatically be re-scheduled fifteen (15) calendar days after the announcement of a failure of bid at the same time and venue as the first bidding.
MIRDC reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in the bid received and to accept such bids as may be considered most responsive and advantageous to the government.
MIRDC neither assumes any obligation whatsoever to compensate or indemnify the bidders for any expenses or loss that may be incurred in the preparation of the bids nor does it guarantee that an award will be made.
